Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is not yet available — follow us on Instagram @safcoshop to be notified when this changes.
Processing Time
Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once your package is handed to the carrier.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping — $6.99 flat rate · 5–7 business days
- Free Standard Shipping — on US orders over $75
- Express Shipping — $18.99 · 2–3 business days
All domestic orders ship via USPS with tracking. Signature confirmation is included on orders over $200.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder — or email us and we'll resend it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first — packages occasionally scan as delivered a day early. If it doesn't turn up within 3 days, reach out and we'll help file a claim with USPS.
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately and email us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy for how we handle damaged orders.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change addresses after an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
