By using safcoshop.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our Products

Saf & Co offers curated Indian fine jewelry — kundan, gold-plated pieces, chokers, earrings, and bridal sets. Every piece is carefully described and photographed, but slight variations in color, finish, and stone placement are part of the handcrafted nature of these pieces.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and refuse service at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will never affect orders already placed.

Sales Tax

Michigan residents are charged 6% state sales tax at checkout. We do not currently collect sales tax in other US states; customers may be responsible for their own use-tax reporting where applicable.

All Sales Final

Every piece is final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. See our Returns Policy for full details, including the narrow exceptions for items damaged in transit or shipping errors.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. See our Shipping Policy for timelines, rates, and carrier details.

Intellectual Property

All product photography, text, logos, and design elements on safcoshop.com are the property of Saf & Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to engage in fraud
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that don't belong to you
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our product catalog, photos, or content
• Introduce malicious code, run automated attacks, or interfere with site operation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saf & Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
